Solving problems is great, but solving the right customer problems is the pinnacle of a product manager. And, I am a Product Manager.

I discover, create, scale and optimise products for the problems that matter. To achieve this, I focus on the outcome, build awesome teams, and quickly adapt to new insights.

I have an interesting mix of domain experience in product management, product development, product marketing, software, hardware engineering, and strategy. My personal and professional experience has taught the following about myself:

I can successfully create, scale and optimise hardware and software products:
- I listen to the market and put the customer at the centre of what I do;
- I am not alone, empowered teams will discover and execute great ideas;
- Data, data, data... show me the data.

I can lead, coach and manage cross-functional product teams:
- I love helping and supporting someone to reach their potential;
- I provide a purpose and evangelize it;
- I speak tech, leadership, and customer;
- I always have time for a laugh.

I am an avid self-learner, and the person I am today needs to be better than the person I was yesterday:
- I can't stop learning;
- I know I can't control every situation, but I can control how I react to that situation;
- I am not afraid to take tough decisions.
